AI that predicts immune reactions to heart implants, accepted at an IEEE conference

Stents, valves and other cardiovascular implants save lives, but some patients' immune systems react against them. Khyati built an AI-driven risk predictor that estimates how a patient's immune system is likely to respond to a cardiovascular implant, aiming to flag high-risk patients before the procedure rather than after complications appear.
