The paper
A first-author manuscript on an original question, written to peer-review standards and submitted to journals and conferences such as IEEE and Springer. Admissions officers can look it up.

The competition entry
The same research, prepared for ISEF, JSHS, and regional science fairs. Fellows have taken Best Oral Presentation at IEEE Tokyo and qualified for ISEF.

The story
A student who can defend every line of their work in an alumni interview, and an application essay with a spine. The credential is the beginning of the narrative, not the end.

THE TEN WEEKS
One weekly 1:1 session with the mentor, structured work between sessions. The cadence is the method.

Discovery
Find the research question with your PhD mentor, in the field your child actually cares about.
W3–5
Research
Design the study and collect original data, held to peer-review standards from day one.
W6–8
Write
Turn the findings into a manuscript with the mentor and the research writing team.
W9–10
Publish
Submit to venues such as IEEE and Springer, and prepare for ISEF and regional fairs.

The ten weeks end. We don’t. If the paper needs more rounds of review, we stay with your child until it is published, at no extra cost.

The five that come up on nearly every call.

That is the normal starting point. Most Fellows arrive with no research experience at all, which is why the first two weeks are spent finding the question with the mentor rather than handing over a syllabus. The program is built for students who are curious and have never been shown how.

ADMISSION

Admission is selective.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and seats are limited. Tuition is $2,997, with a three-payment plan available. Mentorship continues at no cost until your paper is published.
